I am looking for information on government subsidized loans.  My fiance and I have purchased some land in a small town in Oklahoma.  It is a very old town with little to no rental property available.  We would like to build a housing community for the elderly and have it set up as low income housing.  Any information I could get would be helpful.  Thank You in Advance...
